Courier List

The Courier List submodule under the Sales module allows the system administrator or authorized users to manage a list of third-party courier or delivery service providers. This list is essential for assigning deliveries and tracking logistics for outgoing sales orders.

On the Courier List page, users can view all registered courier providers in a tabular format. This page helps in maintaining up-to-date contact information for each delivery partner.

Key Columns:
  • Name – The name of the courier company or delivery service.
  • Phone Number – Contact number of the courier service.
  • Address – Office or branch address of the courier.
  • Action – Options to Edit or Delete the courier record.

To add a new courier into the system, users can click the Add Courier button, located on the Courier Index page. This will open a form where courier details must be filled in.

The form includes the following fields:

  • Name – Name of the courier company.
  • Phone – Contact number for communication or coordination.
  • Address – Physical address of the courier’s location or office.

Once the form is filled, click Submit to add the courier to the list. The newly added courier will be available for selection when creating delivery records.
